We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic Team Store Merchandiser to help us elevate the shopping experience for our fans.
Role Overview: As a Team Store Merchandiser, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our store is visually appealing, well-stocked, and delivers an exceptional shopping experience. Your work will directly impact how our fans connect with the team, as you’ll play a key role in showcasing our merchandise in a way that excites and engages customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandising Excellence: Design and maintain visually appealing displays that reflect the latest trends, promotions, and team events.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track sales performance, and coordinate with the team to ensure shelves remain stocked with top-selling products.
- Customer Engagement: Assist fans in finding the perfect merchandise, providing product knowledge, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team store members and management to execute promotions, sales events, and new product launches.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor daily sales trends to suggest improvements for product placement and promotions.

- Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for visual displays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours for all 21 regular-season home games and special events.
