The newcomer to the Majors staff was asked about his outlook on this season and responded with "I'm very excited to join the London Majors for the 2020 season! I’ve been working very hard to be ready and I can’t wait to get the rock. I heard good things about this league so I’m excited to compete against new competition. I’ve also heard great things about Roop and this London Majors organization! I’m excited to meet the rest of the team and I can’t wait for the season to start!"

When Roop Chanderdat (Co-Owner, GM and Field Manager) was asked about the Quebec native, he had this to say; “I am very pleased to add Rene-Dave Pelchat to our Majors team. He is coming off a tremendous season in the LBMQ (Quebec Baseball League) and we expect him to have continued success in the IBL.  Pelchat gives us another left-handed pitcher on our staff”
