ticket FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

what are the methods I can order tickets?

  1. Online - This is the most convenient method to make sure you have tickets to any upcoming London Majors home game.  Online purchases can be made at Majors Store Online
  2. In Person - Front gate ticket booths will open 1 hours before the start of any home game (1.5 hours for any special events).  Tickets can be purchased using cash only (ATMs available at the park).  Each ticket is subject to a $1 service fee for all in person purchases.

IT LOOKS LIKE RAIN, how will I know the game has been rained out?

In the event of bad weather, the best place to find out if the game has been cancelled or postponed is our website homepage at www.londonmajors.com or the Majors social media sites.  If we need to cancel a game, we'll immediately put a story on the website describing any details of the cancellation.  Any online ticket purchases will receive an email stating the game has been cancelled, so please check your email.  The moment we know  when the game has been rescheduled we will update our online schedule and social media sites

I have a ticket from a game which was rained out/postponed/cancelled, what do i do?

If a game is rained out prior to the conclusion of the 5th inning, all tickets purchased for the game can be used for any future London Majors home games, with the exception of special event games.  Any tickets from postponed games cannot be used for games on June 17th, June 19th or July 1st.  You do not require a new ticket, your existing one will remain valid. As well, you do not need to email/call the London Majors to let them know which game you will be attending.

If a game is rained out prior to the gates opening, all tickets purchased for the game will follow the same rules as the paragraph above.

If the game is shorted due to rain but has been played beyond the required five (5) innings to make it a complete game, all tickets will be considered used and cannot be used for any future games.
