In preparation for all upcoming events, we have taken extra precautions to ensure that your experience at Labatt Park is safe and FUN. We have outlined the guidelines we are following to provide a safe event with extra precautions below. We ask that you please follow them closely during your visit.
The London Majors’ games are an outdoor event, and therefore do not fall under the Proof of Vaccination guidance for businesses and organizations under the Reopening Ontario Act.
The Majors strongly suggest all people, where appropriate, to get fully vaccinated for the well-being of the community.
When attending the games at Labatt Park, please wear your mask when not in your seats, and maintain physical distance whenever possible.
Face covering policy
Fans at Labatt Park will be required to wear a face covering over their nose and mouth any time they are out of their seats. Masks may also be removed while eating or drinking. All London Majors staff will wear a face covering while working when required.
fan self-health assessment
Prior to leaving for the ballpark, we ask that you please conduct a self-health assessment to further eliminate risk of infection. If you have recently been diagnosed with COVID-19, have been in contact with a recent diagnosis, or are experiencing any symptoms, we kindly ask that you stay home.
Arrival at labatt park
Gates will open approximately 90 minutes before the scheduled game time. You may want to allow extra time for parking and entry to Labatt Park to ensure the most relaxing, comfortable experience.
Tickets
We ask that fans plan to use digital tickets, season passes, or print at home tickets only. The ticket sales at the front gate are not available at this time.
Entering the ball park
Socially distanced floor markers and tanchions have been placed upon entry to assist in this process. Although restrictions have been loosened on outdoor events we ask that you continue to follow safe social distancing guidelines while moving around the ballpark. Auxilary signage and additional floor markers have been placed in high traffic areas of the ballpark reminding attendees to maintain social distancing.
sanitization
Hand sanitization stations will be located throughout the park. It is recommended to use these frequently. High touch locations throughout the park will be sanitized frequently.
socially distanced seating
All seats at Labatt Park are general admission and first-come, first-serve. If you are seated within six feet of a fan that is not in your group or family, please either change locations or summon one of the many Majors staff members to assist you with a new seat location.
restrooms
Door will be propped open to encourage touchless entry/exit. Restrooms will be sanitized frequently with disinfectant along all surfaces and an enzyme solution will be applied to all surfaces at the conclusion of each home game.
