London Majors Acquire Infielder Cristian Inoa from Ottawa Titans

The London Majors have acquired infielder Cristian Inoa from the Ottawa Titans of the Frontier League in exchange for cash considerations.

Inoa, 26, joins the Majors after appearing in 18 games with Ottawa this season, batting .242 with one home run and six RBIs while posting a .351 on-base percentage. The right-handed hitter drew eight walks and struck out just eight times, showcasing the disciplined approach that has made him a productive hitter throughout his professional career.

A native of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Inoa spent the 2025 season split between Ottawa and the Quebec Capitales, where he combined to hit .299 with eight home runs, 48 RBIs, and 17 doubles in 74 games. He also recorded a strong .387 on-base percentage.

The 5-foot-10 infielder brings significant professional experience to London, having spent six seasons in the Texas Rangers organization from 2016 to 2022, advancing as high as Triple-A. During his affiliated career, Inoa established himself as a consistent offensive producer, highlighted by a standout 2021 campaign with the Down East Wood Ducks (Class-A), where he batted .292 with 11 home runs and 58 RBIs. He followed that up in 2022 with the Hickory Crawdads (High-A), hitting .278 with nine home runs and 57 RBIs.

"We're very excited to add Cristian to our ballclub," said Majors Field Manager Roop Chanderdat. "He's a proven middle-of-the-order bat who immediately adds depth and production to our lineup. Cristian has put up strong offensive numbers at multiple levels throughout his career, including affiliated baseball, and gives us another impact right-handed hitter who can drive in runs. Beyond what he brings at the plate, he's a solid defender with valuable experience. We're looking forward to getting him into our lineup and seeing the impact he can make as we continue to compete every night."

Inoa is expected to join the Majors immediately and will provide another experienced bat as London continues its pursuit of a championship during the 2026 season.
