About the Department of Digital Content
The Department of Digital Content leads all photography, video, broadcast, and social storytelling for the London Majors. The department’s internship program provides hands-on opportunities to learn in a fast-paced, professional sports environment. We are committed to developing a diverse and inclusive media team and strongly encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
Interns will gain on-field and behind-the-scenes experience at Labatt Park and receive mentorship from experienced media professionals throughout the season.

Position Overview
The Photographer/Videographer Intern will play a key role in capturing and producing visual content for the London Majors’ media platforms. From game-day action and fan experiences to player features and community events, you’ll help document the story of the 2025 season through high-quality photo and video work. This role is ideal for creative, motivated individuals with a passion for sports photography, storytelling, and digital media.
Required Qualifications
Experience in photography and/or videography, including camera setup and operation.
Proficiency in photo and/or video editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and motion.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game days throughout the season.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with sports photography, particularly baseball.
Experience in content creation for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Strong communication and organization skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Internship Responsibilities
Working closely with the Majors’ Digital Content team, the Photographer/Videographer Intern will:
Capture live action photos and videos during home and select away games.
Create highlight reels, recap videos, and social-ready short clips for digital platforms.
Produce player features, promotional videos, and storytelling content throughout the season.
Cover special events, press conferences, and community appearances as assigned.
Work alongside the social media and graphics teams to provide visuals for digital campaigns.
Edit and organize photo/video content for the team’s website, social channels, and archives.
Ensure all visuals adhere to team brand guidelines and style standards.
Top Ongoing Projects
Capturing and curating game-day photography for media releases and social posts.
Producing video highlights and behind-the-scenes features for MajorsTV and social media.
Supporting marketing and sponsorship content with creative visuals.
