About the Department of Digital Content
The Department of Digital Content oversees all digital, visual, and broadcast storytelling for the London Majors. The department’s internship program offers hands-on learning experiences across MajorsTV, including roles in camera operations, voice talent, reporting, directing, technical setup, and replay operations. We’re dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive team and strongly encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
All interns will gain real-world experience working at Labatt Park, and receive mentorship from members of the Majors media team throughout the season.

Position Overview
As a Digital Content Production Intern, you’ll play an active role in producing the MajorsTV broadcast and creating high-quality digital content that connects fans to the team. You’ll work closely with broadcast, graphics, and marketing teams to bring live games and digital storytelling to life, gaining practical experience in sports media production from start to finish.
Required Qualifications
Experience in broadcast operations (setup, tear-down, camera operation) is a strong asset.
Hands-on experience with video production, including shooting and storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interest in leadership development and community engagement.
Familiarity with photo/video editing and production software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Baseball knowledge or experience working in sports environments.
Working knowledge of OBS or similar broadcast software.
Internship Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Media and Broadcast leadership team, the intern will receive guided instruction, observation, and mentorship throughout the program. Responsibilities include:
Assisting in the conceptualization, setup, and live production of MajorsTV broadcasts.
Collaborating with the graphics, broadcast, marketing, and promotions teams to produce engaging content that meets organizational goals.
Helping to tell the stories of Majors players and the fan experience through creative, dynamic content.
Supporting the technical setup and operation of game broadcasts and digital media equipment.
Assisting in the creation of broadcast elements that enhance viewer engagement and league-wide visibility.
Top Ongoing Projects
Enhancing and improving the overall MajorsTV broadcast experience.
Assisting with special video projects, including intro videos, athlete features, and game highlight packages.
