Perry Silverman a 21 year old from Quebec has signed to play for the Majors for the 2009 season. Silverman is currently a Junior at Canisius Unversity. Below is a brief baseball bio for Silverman:

Set American Heritage Delray high school (Fl) home run record with eight in 2005
Named to the Lake Highland Prep (Fl) all-tournament team in 2005
Invited to the Canadian Junior National Team training camps in 2004 and 2005
2004 Played for Les Ailes du Quebec
Hit .320 in 206 at-bats with Les Ailes du Quebec, team won Canada Cup and was named to tournament all-star team
