Karl Amonite, 6'5" and 250 lbs., from Woodslee has signed to play with the Majors.  Amonite is a former 13th round draft pick of the New York Yankess in 2005.  Amonite was originally drafted by San Franciso Giants in 2001.

Karl attended Connors State College (2000 – 2002) followed by Auburn University (2002 – 2006) both on Athletic Scholarships.

Karl was NJCAA All Region Team (2001), NJCAA All Region Team (2002), Southeastern Conference Second Team all SEC (2003),and Dick Howser Top 64 Players in the Nation (2005).

We are excited to have Karl on our team and look forward to having him in the line-up.
