Chuck Roberts, a 2nd Team All Star in 2006 has resigned to play for the Majors in 2007.  Chuck is a local player from London that returned to the Majors after several season away from the InterCounty League.

In 2006 Roberts finished 9th in the league in hitting with a 0.333 average and 21 rbi.  Chuck followed up his strong regular season with a solid playoffs, finishing 6th in hitting with a 0.333 average in 14 games.  Roberts also had 2 home runs and 11 rbi in the playoffs.

Roberts is a dedicated player and has good knowledge of the game.  Chuck is a veteran of the league and well liked by his teammates and fans.  We look forward to having Chuck back for the 2007 season.
