Chris Dennis was drafted in the 38th round of the 2006 MLB draft by Tampa Bay D-Rays.  Dennis is 18 years old , 6'2", 195 lbs., throws right, batsleft and is a catcher / 1st baseman / outfielder.

Chris played for Team Ontario in the Canada Cup in Medicine Hat in 2005 and won the gold medal.  He alos won a gold medal for the Ontario Provincial Team at the Commonwealth Games in Regina in 2005.

Chris was also selected to play for Team Canada National Junior team in 2005  & 2006.  With the Junor National Team Chris won a bronze medal at the World Junior Tournament in Cuba.

His club team for the past 4 years has been the Windsor Junior Selects..

Chris is currently finishing off his high school diploma in Amherstburg, Ontario.   We are very excited to have Chris in our program.  With his versatility Chris should be a valuable asset for the Majors this summer.
