Brent Mitchell an 18 year old 6'2", 220 lb catcher from Paris Ontario will play for the Majors during the 2009 season.  Mitchell is currently on a baseball scholarship at South Alabama University.  Brent is in his 1st year at South Alabama.

Brent played three successful years for the Intercounty Terriers.  In his first year he received Rookie of the Year and in his final year last season he was named the Team MVP.

Mitchell also played for the Junior National Team. Brent also played on Team Ontario for the Canadian Cup held in Quebec in 2007.
