Ex Michigan State University (MSU) Star, Alan Cattrysse, has joined the London Majors for the 2009 season. Alan is a Chatham, Ontario resident. Listed below is a brief baseball bio for Cattrysse:

Alan attended MSU where he was a four time letter winner. Alan posted a .303 career batting average with a personal best .342 his senior year. He also finished second in all time hits with 228 during his tenure. Alan was also, preseason big ten freshman of the year, big ten best outfield arm and preseason first team all big ten second baseman his senior year, which were all acknowledged by Baseball America.
Also, he was two time first team all star in the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League while he was a member of the Columbus All Americans and the Lima Locos.
