London native Adam Gautreau has signed with the London Majors. Adam is 27 years old, 6'0" 210lbs. Gautreau a right handed pitcher played 4 years in Kentucky at Kentucky Wesleyan College. At College Adam was a 4 year starter and 2 time All Conference (Great Lakes Valley Conference), and 1 time All Region. Gautreau set many school records including strikeouts and innings pitched, games started and total appearances.

In 2005 Adam played for Winnipeg Goldeyes in the Northern League.  Last season Adam started 2 games for the Majors in early May and could not complete the full season due to work commitments.

Gautreau will be with the Majors for the full 2008 season and is expected to be part of the starting rotation. We are very exited to have Adam for the 2008 season and look forward to a productive season from the veteran right hander.
