Brad McElroy and Chad McKellar hit doubles in the ninth inning to lift the London Majors to a 2-1 win over the Nationals. Simon Galarraga sacrifice fly in the ninth inning scored McElroy to tie the game 1-1 and McKellar drove in Mercier who reached base 2nd base on an error to give the Majors a 2-1 lead.

Adam Arnold went 5 innings, striking out 5, walking 8 and giving up 1 earned run in his first start of the season.  Blair St.Laurent followed Arnold giving up no runs and 3 hits in 1 inning.  Josh Palmer (4-1) picked up the win with three scoreless innings of relief for London. He struck out four batters and gave up one hit.
