Game Summary:
The Majors lost both games of the DH against Toronto on Sunday, Game 1: 16 -4 and Game 2: 9-8. In Game 2, Josh Palmer pitched 6 2/3 innings giving up 7 runs all earned and striking out five. Hiarali Garcia (2-1) took the loss after giving up the winning run in the eighth inning. Brad McElroy and Kevin Virtue had three-run homers. McElroy finished with 4 rbi and Rudy Val lejos went 2-3 with 1 rbi , 2 runs scored and 2 stolen bases. |
